WHY I LOVE IT

I have long hair, but like a lot of long haired ladies, I usually wear it up, especially when I'm working. A lot of hair pins are really flimsy and bend when you use them, and bigger hair pins are usually made of plastic and look cheap. This is a 4" brass "U" pin that can hold the longest, thickest, heaviest hair and is virtually indestructible. It really is the only hair pin you'll ever need

After breaking another plastic pin, I thought this hair pin would be uncomfortable to wear since it's metal but it's not. It does take a little practice to create my look but everything stays in place throughout the day. It may cost more upfront but considering how many plastic versions it replaces, it's a bargain.
