Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened or outer seal broken. Please carefully review the product photos on the website before purchasing to avoid returns.

You will be refunded the full amount of the returned items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Reed Clarke will only pay for shipping costs if the wrong product was sent by mistake or if the product was damaged upon arrival. 

We are not responsible for products that freeze or melt once delivered. Should you order a product that is susceptible to freezing for melting, please be mindful of where it's shipped/delivered.

Reed Clarke does not process exchanges at this time.

If you would like to initiate a return you can contact us at help@shopreedclarke.com. Please note that if any products qualifies as used, tested, damaged or opened they will not be refunded. We ask that you asses this before sending products back for a refund.

Once a return is accepted, we'll email a return shipping label, as well as instructions for where to send the package. Items sent back without a return request will mot be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Mistakes happen when packing and despite our best efforts to pack orders effectively, products can get damaged in transit. Please let us know if there are any issues and we'll do our best to quickly right any wrong on our end.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Reed Clarke is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and to track their package using the provided tracking information. 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Reed Clarke will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in providing any necessary documentation or information required for the carrier's investigation.
