Shipping policy
Reed Clarke can only honor one discount code at a time. During sales and promotions shipping discounts will be suspended until the sale is over.
Ground: $7.95 flat rate/standard domestic shipping
Overnight: Overnight shipping may be available by special request. Please contact us.
Domestic Ground: Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Most domestic ground shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Orders received over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that over the past few years USPS has intentionally slowed shipping times and packages take longer to arrive than in the past. We do our best to get packages to you in a timely manner however we cannot control USPS to delivery times.
Domestic Next Day: Next day air, or same-day messenger service within Los Angeles may be available by special request. If you need assistance, please contact us at help@shopreedclarke.com.
All orders must be placed by 1pm PST to be shipped the same day.
Restricted Hazardous Items: We regret that some items considered hazardous materials (i.e.: pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport and must be sent via the $7.95 standard shipping rate for these orders.
PO Boxes: For PO Boxes, USPS ground is the only shipping option available.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and Order Details. Please double check that your shipping address is correct. When the order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing before being shipped. Small shops do not have the shipping capabilities of Amazon or large, corporate stores.
