A very versatile product, it can be used wet or dry (if you've never used a damp brush to apply a metallic shadow before, you're going to love the effect). Use a light hand to create a wash of color or swipe it on with your fingertips for a bold, sexy look; these shadows can layer like a champ.

DIRECTIONS

Use with a damp brush for a more intense color payoff
